The recruiting process developed by VirtuaLabs is designed
to find the most appropriate skill sets, including both
management and technical skills, required by our clients.
The process begins with our US recruiting professionals.
Our recruiter will conduct a brief screening after which
a technical consultant will conduct a telephone/personal
interview. For those candidates deemed as having the
necessary skills, a team of VirtuaLabs project leaders
will review those resumes for the purpose of determining
which candidates will be selected for a comprehensive
interview. A final interview is conducted by a senior
level manager for a final determination. Utilizing this
extensive process provides the highest quality of technical
service to our clients.
International
Recruiting
The recruitment process is lengthy, but intensely competent.
We start our recruiting process with our company in
India, advertisements or through our consultants who
are already in the US. All the resumes and letters are
first reviewed by a technical consultant. He contacts
the candidate and conducts the first interview. If the
candidate makes it past the first interview, then his/her
resume is forwarded to our VirtuaLabs Corporate Office
in Columbus, Ohio.
A
team of project leaders that are already employed by
VirtuaLabs Software Services reviews the resumes, and
we decide who we want to interview. At that time, a
technical interview is set up to make sure that their
communication and technical skills are to our standards.
If the candidate qualifies, then one of the executives
with our company does a final interview. This ensures
that VirtuaLabs Software Services receives the most
qualified consultants possible.
